Item plus shipping — the number you'd actually pay. When shipping is unknown we say “+ shipping” rather than pretend it's free.
Cheaper than X% of N
A count against comparable items, not a percentage off retail. Fewer cheaper comps means a better price.
We name the evidence
Sold listings or current listings — the noun in every post tells you which one it rests on, weakest included.
What it won't do
No hype, no cut, no advice.
