Support

A bot handles a few exact requests. A person handles the rest.

The operating target for a detailed or unsupported request is human review, response, product action, or explicit closure within 24 hours.

What a fitbot can answer automatically

DM, reply, or tag your own bot with “show me a deal,” “show me a deal I missed,” or one eBay, Poshmark, Vinted, or Grailed listing link for a price chart. Plain follow-ups such as “what else you got?” ask for another pick. Requests naming a brand, color, size, category, or budget enter human review because the automatic path cannot safely honor those qualifiers yet.

Reach a person

Email [email protected] for product help, profile changes, or a request the bot could not understand. Email [email protected] for access, deletion, or another privacy question. Both reach wouldcop support; neither is a personal address.

With an atproto account, you can also privately message @wouldcop.com.

Change or erase a profile

Sign in at intake.wouldcop.com to review your current profile, correct it, or use the erase control. Household erasure may require a person to confirm whether the request covers every managed profile. See privacy and deletion for the distinction between active records, rolling backups, and public atproto copies.

Is the service working?

Check service status. A working bot may stay quiet when no live listing clears both the fit and price gates; a first-day status explains that state instead of leaving a new owner guessing.
